I had the privilege to attend a "Service Excellent" training class conducted by Ms. Thomas.  I found Ms. Thomas to be an outstanding trainer and leader.  She conducted this class with a pride and passion to inspirer employees to improve their work ethics and enhance our customers' lives.  I was very impressed with her performance and reaction from the employees in the class.  She invigorated, motivated and stimulated all in the class.
